Marks the pinned generation as potentially referenced immediately before each native GUI blit.

This remains valid after reentrant cache release while the original use is pinned. A later blit after an intermediate consumer marks the set pending again, so an earlier fence cannot release it. Failed or partial blits remain protected until the device's actual-consumer or failed-GUI hook settles them.
